Course Description:

Everyone has been impacted by the challenges that have arisen due to COVID-19.  Some families have been ravaged by economic, emotional, and physical loss.  It can lead to questioning whether we have the strength or wherewithal to cope with all of this.  Resiliency is a change agent within therapeutic play and works to increase personal strength.

This course will examine resiliency research and provide creative play-based interventions that help the client ignite within themselves their inner strength through play therapy.  In this time of post-COVID-19 with all the social, environmental, and political challenges, enhancing resilience will enable all of us to get through this together.  This course is a rich opportunity to ignite inner strength through play.
